$50 non-refundable deposit per child is required to reserve a camp week.
Balance will be charged within 48 hours of the reserved week.
All reservations are final within 48 hours of camp start date​.

​Partial Week/Daily rate (when available): $85/child

Subject to availability. Priority will be given to Full Week registrations.
Makeups: if the makeup child's sibling joins the camp; subject to availability
No Partial Week option for Crochet Week in Fairfield (Week 3: June 29-July 3). Full Week only.

​​Note: Camps will not be prorated for late drop-offs or early pickups, as well as missed days due to the unusual circumstances and limited space availability.​

Camp Check-In:

​Parents must sign off that their child(ren) are not showing any signs of illness (sneezing, coughing, fever, sore throat, etc.) or have taken any medications to reduce temperature or signs of illness.
If we notice any child feeling unwell at any point, parents will be immediately contacted and must pick up their child(ren). We will gently isolate the child(ren) from the other kids until their parent arrives.​

WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD BRING TO CAMP?

​Clothing to wear:

• Comfortable clothing
• Sneakers (or shoes that don't come off easily, to minimize tripping hazards)
• Scrunchie/hair tie (if your child has longer hair)

Parents should pack the following for each child:

• Snack
• Lunch
• Water Bottle

Notes:

• ALL food must be nut-free to minimize any possible allergy exposure. While not all camps may have kids with such allergies, we want to be proactive for the safety of all the kids and our staff.
• Any food that requires peeling or sliced (oranges, bananas, etc) must be pre-peeled and/or sliced at home. We cannot touch your child's food.

DID YOU RECEIVE MY REGISTRATION?​

Once you submit your form, a message will appear to tell you that we will typically respond (via email) within 24-48 hours of your submission.

​Anything submitted after business hours on Friday and into the weekend, will be addressed on the following Monday (or Tuesday).

If you haven't received a follow up or confirmation by then, please double check your spam folder first before reaching back out to us (hhpotteryct@gmail.com) to double check if we have received your registration.

​IS THERE STILL SPACE AVAILABLE IN YOUR CAMP? ​

We make all efforts to update our website as soon as possible when we are near or at capacity, to ensure accurate availability.

However, please keep in mind that we manually approve registrations on a first come-first serve basis and as such, available spots may already be full by the time we get to your registration.

This may happen if we receive multiple registrations at the same time.

​HOW DO I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE MY CHILD'S CAMP REGISTRATION?

No-shows take spot(s) away from other kids who might have otherwise been able to attend the camp.

Do you offer refunds if my child can no longer attend Camp Session(s)?

No refunds or studio credit. Please refer below for further information.

For Partial Week (Daily) Registrations:

• We do not charge a deposit for Partial Week (Daily) registrations. Cards are charged within 24-48 hours before the scheduled camp.
• If your child is a no-show, you are subject to be charged the daily rate, based on your registration. Can not make up missed camp. No exceptions. No-shows take spot(s) away from other kids who might have otherwise been able to attend the camp.

Full Week Registrations:

• Per our policy, the full week deposit and camp balance for the week are non-refundable. No exceptions. It can be used towards another week of camp.
• If your child is a no-show, you are subject to be charged the weekly rate. Can not make up missed camp. No exceptions. No-shows take spot(s) away from other kids who might have otherwise been able to attend the camp.

CAN MY CHILD MAKE UP missed class(es)?

Makeups may be allowed on a case by case basis, subject to current camp availability. Full week registrations take priority.

​Any makeups must be done by the end of summer. No refunds will be given in the event the session is not made up. No exceptions.

​IS THERE A SIBLING DISCOUNT IF I REGISTER MULTIPLE KIDS?

No, we do not offer a sibling discount. All kids will be charged the same price per child, regardless of how many kids are registered together from the same family.

​WHAT'S THE AGE RANGE FOR KIDS TO PARTICIPATE IN YOUR CAMPS?

Our programs are typically designed for kids 4-10. Most kids who attend are between the ages of 4-8. We've had older kids attend, as old as 12, though it's usually because they have a younger sibling that is also attending.

Some camps have more younger kids (4-6), while others have more older kids (7-10). It all depends on who signs up for a particular camp. We always encourage kids to be signed up with their friends and/or siblings, so they know at least 1 other kid in the camp. ​

​DO YOU OFFER EXTENDED DAY OPTION FOR CAMP?

No, we do not offer this option. We only offer morning camps -- 9:00AM-1:00PM
